Participants will explore the core principles of leadership, from understanding personal behaviours and adapting to team needs, to managing difficult situations and fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment. The course also covers key administrative functions, including budgeting, asset lifecycle planning, information security, and integrating organizational protocols into leadership practice. By the end, participants will have the confidence and tools to lead with purpose, clarity, and resilience in a complex, people-centered environment.
